Brad Mohs is an operating partner at Providence and founding partner of CIO-CTO Consulting, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He also currently serves as the interim CTO at Accelerate Learning. Mr. Mohs is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in IT leadership roles. Today, he provides guidance on technology investment, architecture and leadership, combining deep analytical skills with extensive real-world experience and effective communication at the C-suite and board level. Prior to joining Providence in 2025, Mr. Mohs held several senior technology positions including as CIO/CTO at Cox AutoTrader, AT&T YellowPages, and Bridgevine; Vice President of AT&T's Cloud & API platforms and Chief Architect at Corpay and Opentext.
Throughout his career, he has successfully built and led large teams, managed extensive IT budgets, and collaborated with peers to drive success. His expertise spans from small, private-equity-backed firms to Fortune 500 enterprises, where he has led teams of up to 800 people. Mr. Mohs has been at the forefront of technological advancements, from the dot-com era and the birth of mobile to the rise of cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Mr. Mohs holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and computer information sciences from the University of Florida. He also holds an MBA and has completed several leadership programs.
