Mark Jagiela is a managing director of capital markets based in our New York office. Prior to joining Providence in 2024, Mr. Jagiela was a member of the business development & capital markets team working with a leading private equity firm. Previously, he worked in the financial sponsors investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and began his career at RBS Citizens. Mr. Jagiela holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Tufts University.
